Olivia McGarry

Hi, I'm Olivia, a qualified lymphatic massage therapist and personal trainer. I have an honours degree in Sports Studies and am level 3 qualified in personal training. I have been personal training since 2023, having supported a large number of clients over the years.

Alongside this, I trained in lymphatic massage to complement the services I offer. Since qualifying I have been helping a range of women with recovery, reduce swelling and bloating, and improve general wellbeing.
